– Veal

– 2 and ½ Onions Sliced (You can use red or yellow onions or both. Whatever you prefer)

– Olive Oil

– Salt

– Pepper

– Garlic Salt (if you don’t have Garlic Salt use Garlic Powder and Salt).

– Parsley (chopped)

– 1 Garlic Clove (chopped)
