Ingredients: – 3lb Bone in Leg of Lamb – 3 Garlic Cloves – Rosemary – Garlic Salt (or you can use salt and garlic powder) – Salt – Pepper – Lemon Roast Seasoning (or use your favorite roast seasoning) – Parsley – Black Pepper – 2 tablespoon of Butter – White Wine – Carrots – Olive Oil – ½ Cup to 1 Cup of Chicken Broth – 3 Tablespoon of Starch – 1 cup cold water

Cook at 380 Degrees for 1 ½ hours or until fork tender. The leg of Lamb is ready when it’s a nice brown color and you can easily stick a fork thru it.
